Purpose
To help organizations understand what they truly need—not simply what they initially believe they need—so they can make better decisions and achieve meaningful, measurable results.
Executive advisory for consequential decisions
Then we align the right resources, strategic alliances, and technology to deliver measurable results.
Strategic Technology Partners begins by uncovering what the organization truly needs—not simply what it initially believes it needs—and remains accountable from strategy through measured results.
To help organizations understand what they truly need—not simply what they initially believe they need—so they can make better decisions and achieve meaningful, measurable results.
We listen, research, and uncover the real business need. We then define the strategy and align the right resources, strategic alliances, and technology to accomplish the goal. Throughout the process, we measure performance and report results transparently—including when outcomes fall short of expectations.
We begin by listening. Every recommendation is guided by the customer’s real needs, supported by the right resources and alliances, and measured against clearly defined results.
Florida & Puerto Rico
Strategic Technology Partners serves small and mid-sized companies that need experienced executive and specialized support without adding permanent staff in every discipline. Our established Florida presence provides a practical bridge for Puerto Rico companies and professionals expanding into Florida, while our relationships and experience in Puerto Rico help Florida organizations evaluate and pursue opportunities on the Island.
Fractional executive leadership
Strategic Technology Partners brings experienced CEO and CFO leadership directly into the business—connecting strategic direction, financial discipline, and accountable execution—without the permanent cost of a full executive team.
Strategic direction, operating performance, organizational structure, growth, governance, accountability, and execution.
Financial analysis, cash-flow planning, budgeting, controls, banking relationships, capital requirements, and management reporting.
The value is not two professionals delivering separate opinions. It is an integrated leadership relationship that connects financial reality with operating decisions and remains involved through implementation.
Services led directly by Reinaldo Fuentes
These nine services reflect the executive, financial, operational, asset-management, planning, negotiation, and project leadership that Reinaldo Fuentes provides directly to Strategic Technology Partners clients.
We examine the entire operating system—customers, people, finances, assets, processes, controls, and decision rights—to distinguish visible symptoms from underlying causes.
We clarify authority, accountability, priorities, and cross-functional relationships so sound judgment becomes coordinated movement rather than isolated effort.
We translate financial and operational information into disciplined decisions that stabilize performance, protect cash flow, and establish a credible path toward sustainable growth.
We align budgets, vendors, facilities, tenant and customer needs, building systems, risk, and capital priorities with ownership objectives and long-term value.
We help owners, boards, and executive teams convert strategic intent into clear requirements, responsible leadership, measurable commitments, and follow-through.
We help organize budgets, cash-flow reporting, financial controls, operating results, and management information so leadership can understand performance and make timely decisions.
We develop practical business plans, operating forecasts, financial projections, and performance scenarios to help leadership evaluate alternatives, allocate resources, anticipate risk, and plan for growth.
We prepare for and participate in negotiations with government agencies, financial institutions, creditors, and suppliers to improve terms, protect liquidity, restore confidence, and establish realistic obligations.
We define project requirements, evaluate proposals, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate vendors, monitor budgets and schedules, manage performance, and maintain accountability through completion.
Independent strategic alliances
Strategic Technology Partners identifies what the organization needs, defines how it should be addressed, and coordinates the independent specialists best suited to the assignment.
Through carefully selected strategic alliances, clients can access specialized knowledge without adding every discipline to permanent staff.

Business insurance guidance, including property and casualty, key-person, continuity, asset-protection, and liability considerations.
Finance & business valuation
Financial analysis and independent business valuations supporting acquisitions, sales, financing, succession, ownership transitions, and strategic decisions.
Accounting & tax matters
Accounting support and assistance with tax matters and negotiations before the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury, within the scope of the applicable professional authorizations.
Each regulated or professional service is provided directly by the corresponding independent professional or firm under its own licenses, credentials, engagement terms, and responsibility. Strategic Technology Partners serves as strategic advisor and coordinating point; it does not itself provide brokerage, insurance, valuation, accounting, or tax-representation services.
The monthly retainer is structured around an agreed estimate of advisory hours. If a portion of those hours is not needed during a given month, the unused time may be carried forward and used during the following month.
This gives the client a comfortable, planned monthly expense while preserving access to the appropriate Strategic Technology Partners professionals when a decision, project, or unexpected need requires their expertise.
Why coordination matters
The value is not in multiple professionals delivering separate opinions. It is an integrated leadership relationship that connects financial reality with operating decisions and remains involved through implementation.
Every professional works from the same definition of the need and the outcome the client must achieve.
Financial, operational, real estate, valuation, insurance, and other perspectives are considered together—not in isolation.
Strategic Technology Partners remains the coordinating point as recommendations become decisions, responsibilities, and measurable action.
The Strategic Technology Partners approach
Advice has value when it survives contact with the organization. Our work remains connected from the first diagnosis through execution.
Listen beyond the immediate request and establish what the organization is actually experiencing.
Connect financial, operational, organizational, technological, and asset realities into one view.
Define the structure, capabilities, responsibilities, and professional resources the solution requires.
Stay engaged through implementation, measurement, course correction, and accountable completion.
Executive insights
Reinaldo Fuentes writes about the decisions, structures, and leadership behaviors that determine whether capable organizations convert intelligence into coordinated execution.
Strong performance begins by understanding where the organization is today, where it intends to go, and what priorities, resources, risks, and investments must be aligned to get there responsibly.

Leadership shaped by ownership
Reinaldo Fuentes progressed from operations leadership to company ownership, President and CEO, entrepreneur, and executive advisor. His perspective was built by taking responsibility for people, P&L, clients, assets, risk, growth, and results—not by observing them from a distance.
He transformed JF Martinez & Co. from a specialist contractor into a diversified commercial-services organization, built a multidisciplinary workforce of approximately 136 people, and directed capabilities supporting more than 1,300 client locations. Through Finanzas al Dia, he guided more than 45 businesses, professionals, and homeowners through restructuring and recovery. Today, through Strategic Technology Partners, he helps leadership teams connect strategy, financial reality, operating structure, technology, and execution.
